- Move the left foot to the right foot, then step towards D with the right foot, forming a sitting stance towards A. Extend the right hand forwards.
- Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the left fore-fist.
- Punch to the mid section with the right fore-fist.
- Step towards C with the right foot, forming a right walking stance towards C. Block to the high section with the right inner-forearm.
- Perform a front snapping kick to the low section towards C with the left foot.
- Lower the left foot towards C, forming a left walking stance towards C. Punch to the mid section with the left fore-fist.
- Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the right fore-fist.
