Form a closed ready stance B towards A.

  1. Turn to the left and step towards E with the left foot, forming a right ‘l’ stance towards E. Block to the mid section with the left back-knife-hand.
  2. Perform a front kick to the low section towards E with the ball of the left foot.
  3. Lower the left foot towards E, then step towards E with the right foot, forming a left rear-foot stance towards E. Perform an upward block to the mid section with the right palm.
  4. Turn to the right and step towards C with the right foot, forming a left ‘l’ stance towards C. Block to the mid section with the right back-hand.
  5. Perform a front kick to the low section towards C with the ball of the right foot.
  6. Lower the right foot towards C, then step towards C with the left foot, forming a right rear-foot stance towards E. Perform an upward block to the mid section with the left palm.
  7. Turn to the left, and step towards A with the left foot, forming a right ‘l’ stance towards A. Perform a guarding block to the mid section with the knife-hand.
  8. Slide the left foot forwards, forming a left walking stance towards A. Perform an upward strike with the right elbow.
  9. Step towards A with the right foot, forming a left ‘l’ stance towards A. Perform a guarding block to the mid section with the knife-hand.
  10. Slide the right foot forwards, forming a right walking stance towards A. Perform an upward strike with the left elbow.
