How many Taekwondo grandmasters are there in the world?

Accurate figures for this are not known, but it is likely to be fewer than 300.

This number is difficult to estimate, for the same reason why it’s difficult to estimate the number of Taekwondo masters in the world. (See this question for more information on that.)

Smaller Taekwondo organisations – with a few hundred or a few thousand students – may not have any grandmasters, or they may only have one, and it is normally the person who leads the organisation. Larger Taekwondo organisations – those with tens or hundreds of thousands of students – will have several grandmasters.
