Form a parallel ready stance towards A.

  1. Turn to the left and step towards E with the left foot, forming a left walking stance towards E. Block to the high section with the left outer-forearm.
  2. Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the right fore-fist.
  3. Perform a two-step turn to the right, moving the left foot first, to form a right walking stance towards C. Block to the high section with the right outer-forearm.
  4. Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the left fore-fist.
  5. Move the left foot to the right foot, turn to the left, and step towards A with the left foot, forming a right ‘l’ stance towards A. Perform a guarding block to the mid section with the knife-hand.
  6. Step towards A with the right foot, forming a right walking stance towards A. Thrust to the mid section with the right spear-hand, with the fingertips of the left hand beneath the right elbow, with the left palm facing downwards.
  7. Perform a release move; thrust the right hand forwards and downwards, while twisting it inwards. Turn to the left, pivoting on the right foot, and step towards A with the left foot, forming a left walking stance towards A. Perform a side strike to the high section with the left back-fist.
  8. Step towards A with the right foot, forming a right walking stance towards A. Perform a side strike to the high section with the right back-fist.
  9. Turn to the left and step towards B with the left foot, forming a left walking stance towards B. Block to the high section with the left outer-forearm.
  10. Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the right fore-fist.
  11. Perform a two-step turn to the right, moving the left foot first, to form a right walking stance towards C. Block to the high section with the right outer-forearm.
  12. Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the left fore-fist.
  13. Move the left foot to the right foot, turn to the left, and step towards C with the left foot, approximately 10 degrees to the left of the axis AD, forming a left walking stance towards C. Perform a wedging block to the mid section with the outer-forearm.
  14. Perform a front snapping kick to the mid section with the right foot.
  15. Lower the right foot towards C, forming a right walking stance towards C. Punch to the mid section with the right fore-fist.
  16. Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the left fore-fist.
  17. Move the right foot to the left foot, turn to the right, and step towards E with the right foot, approximately 10 degrees to the right of the axis AD, forming a right walking stance towards E. Perform a wedging block to the mid section with the outer-forearm.
  18. Perform a front snapping kick to the mid section with the left foot.
  19. Lower the left foot towards E, forming a left walking stance towards E. Punch to the mid section with the left fore-fist.
  20. Without changing stance, punch to the mid section with the right fore-fist.
